Life Like Drawing @ the Drake Hotel

I'll be hosting a drawing session every Tuesday in August at the Drake Hotel in Toronto. It's free and ALL are welcome. Just bring a sketchbook or paper, up to 16X20' id say, and whatever you like to draw with...the classic Tyconeroga pencil, charcoal, conte, nupastel,ink..whatever suits you. I'll be around for moral support and as a resource...but otherwise youre on yer own. hope you can make it out...Its 5-7pm on the SkyYard patio...which means there is a BAR! it really is nice.
I'll post a few drawings i did practising last week...stay tuned.

hello folks...
just a few new pics to show from the TOAE. im just in the studio cleaning up a bit and prepping for the september shows. Awol SQFT will be another fun one this year and i hope you all get out for the opening night preview...only a few bucks for a ticket but you are guaranteed an opportunity to get first pick on the hot paintings. and trust me , they go first and fast.

Aftermath.

just a quick post to say thanks to all who came out to the TOAE . always good to see old friends and new painters. we sweated it out. didnt see mayor Bob Ford however. you can think of places he may have been and have fun to post those thoughts...i sold a bunch and have a bunch left over so if anyone might be innarested in having a peek , please lemme know and i can post jpegs or have you over to the studio.
